When               shopping               for               a               nutritionally               complete,               digestible               dog               food,               look               for               specifics               in               the               labeling.

Generalities               in               the               label               could               mean               the               product               is               stuffed               with               indigestible               (even               dangerous)               ingredients               --               like               feathers               and               hooves,               which               would               technically               qualify               as               "protein."               Look               for               "chicken"               instead               of               "meat."               Look               for               specific               carbohydrate               sources,               like               rice,               beet               pulp,               carrots               or               apples.
